These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AMEWIX website at amewixgames.com and any mobile games published by AMEWIX LLC. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing amewixgames.com or downloading, installing, or playing any AMEWIX game, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Some features may require you to create an account or link a platform account (Apple ID, Google Play). You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity that occurs through your account.
You agree to provide accurate information and to update it if it changes. AMEWIX is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to safeguard credentials.
4. In-app purchases and virtual items
Our games may offer in-app purchases of virtual currency, items, or features. All purchases are processed by Apple or Google through their respective platforms and are subject to their terms.
Virtual items have no monetary value, cannot be redeemed for real currency, and are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or platform policy. Purchases are final unless you have a right of refund under local consumer protection laws or App Store / Google Play policies.
To request a refund, please contact the platform where you made the purchase (Apple or Google) directly.
5. User conduct
When using our services, you agree not to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Harass, threaten, or harm other players
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Upload viruses, malware, or other harmful code
- Attempt to disrupt or compromise the security of our services
- Use our services to engage in fraudulent activity
6. Intellectual property
All content in our games and on our website — including but not limited to game design, source code, art, audio, characters, names, the AMEWIX name and logo, and all related materials — is the exclusive property of AMEWIX LLC or its licensors. All rights are reserved.
These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you. You may not use any AMEWIX trademarks, logos, or content without our prior written permission.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AMEWIX disclaims all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AMEWIX LLC and its officers, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of our services.
In no event shall AMEWIX’s total liability to you exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you have paid to AMEWIX in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars ($100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we believe is harmful to other users or to AMEWIX.
You may stop using our services at any time. The provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 6, 7, 8, and 10) will survive.
10. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved first through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, with arbitration conducted in Boulder, Colorado. The language of arbitration shall be English.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
